For today's layout, I used the fun, bright papers Spongebob and Patrick (Below Blink) and some Table Scraps from Back to Basics (We Are 3.) These papers are digital - it's so convenient to print just what you need. Your can see they are nice and bright. For this design, I kept the layout a bit more are than I usually do - have to admit, not having to search for the perfect embellishments saves time!

A Bouquet of Chocolates
Hello, Friends! A new project from We Are 3 - a little inspiration using one of my favorite collections from the March Release - Hearts in Love. To create a treat cone, I used "Bouquet," cutting half circles to create the cone. I then cut a rosette out of "Dependable." I accented the rosettes with leaves from the Romantic Garden Collection. Lastly, I embellished to rosettes with golden gems . . . and filled them with chocolate for visiting relatives.

Romantic Garden - Hearts in Love
Have you been busy making any Easter cards? I used Romantic Garden and Hearts in Love by We Are 3 to make this quick-and-easy card. Not only is it springy, but it would be a great card for birthday, wedding, Mother's Day and so many other occasions. For the flowers and leaves, I used a free digi kit by Digital Crea - One Day.

Outlawz Inspiration
Who doesn't love a fun sketch? The Outlawz had one that was a little different last week - enjoyed making this card using Table Scraps.
We Are 3 Christmas Card
Although I now live in the desert, there's still that strong connectin between snow and Christmas. It even amuses me when I see desert natives thinking of snow as a symbol for Christmas. For this Christmas card, I was inspired by the Color Challenge at The Outlawz - specifically using the Kerst Christmas Collection with a type of stained-glass design. The wonderful background Toasty Warm from We Are 3 - may be difficult to see in my photo, but it has a knitted pattern - Toasty Warm!
A Sympathy Card with Stars and Stripes
Creativity is contagious - and I generally get my inspiration from others. Usually when I CASE a card, it's difficult to even be able to tell - however, this time I will admit I absolutely was so inspired by another that I pretty much copied it down to the centimeter! I was in desperate need for a patriotic sympathy card. A Google search displayed one card that stopped me dead in my tracks....it's link led me to Pinterest....Pinterest led me to Splitcoast Stampers. I searched galleries of Splitcoast Stampers desperately looking for the original artist - to both compliment her and ask permission to CASE - no luck. So if you happen to know the person who so inspired me, I sure would like to know as although this is a simple card - I just would not have come up with this design myself. Thanks to that wonderful cardmaker for sharing perfect inspiration and a gorgeous card with me.

Spread Your Wings
Today my SALSA group offered some demos and Make-n-Takes and this Make-n-Take is gorgeous! Three small ink pads - a die-cut butterfly - a sentiment - a beautiful card in less than five minutes. Will be making lots of these in the next day or two - so be ready to be bombarded...LOL! But also going to play with my digital papers and see what fun I can have with colors I don't own in ink!
Several Hours later - I just HAD to see if I could duplicate this digitally! Here are the results.
Now I need some Neebish Island cards - think I'll play around with this technique for some of them.
The story continues . . .
It's another day. Last night I pulled out some blues/greens to work on this technique for Neebish Island. Swiped the ink - I was not a happy person. Threw in the towel! LOL! Today I was cleaning up my craft table and came across a butterfly I was given -really not my style....but here the two "ugly" pieces are put together! I am in love with it!!!!!

Bird's View from a Tree
This card is a simple Christmas Card. Trying to make at least one Christmas card a week in order to have a stash in December. Simple cards are often best - as I send out over 100 each year and sell probably another 15-20...so simple is exactly the direction I took with this design that features a simple tree, a simple printed sentiment, and a cute little bird I colored for another project - all cut on my Sizzix eClips (if I were making several cards today, that cutting would take no time!)
For papers, I used Table Scraps from We Are 3 projects - Nature Blends, Bird's View, and Romantic Garden. The bird is a Miss Daisy digital stamp from the Scents of Christmas kit.
A "Magic" Card with Baby Birdie
I like that We Are 3 often offers digital images both in black line and pre-colored. That works especially well for making "magic" cards. Here is a magic card "before and after."

Stuck? Inspiration at My Creative Sketches
Happy Spring! This month My Creative Sketches has new inspiration for scrapbook layouts. I turned the sketch on its side for my grandson "Lego" layout.
Use We Are 3 Digital Papers

Spring Chick, Mystery Chick, Mojo Chick
I love a good challenge or swap - and often try to combine. Our local scrapbooker's group meets month and swaps cards with a specific "mystery item" - this month's being white cupcake liners. What a great feeling when that inspiration clicks! So today I am sharing a card inspired by Mojo Monday's Sketch Challenge #498 - using my cupcake paper liners. My papers are watercolored using Ken Oliver's Color Burst - as is my Spring Chick.
Life's Too Short
Today I'm sharing a fairly simple card - a digital sentiment, three copies of a digital image, and some digital background. You can print all this on one page...then fussy cut and layer the image.
Everything I used today is from We Are 3 - Romantic Garden digital paper collection, Early Bird digital sentiment collection, and What's Up Birdie.

Get Back to Basics
Today I'm sharing a two-pay layout using the amazing Back to Basics from We Are 3. It's important to me to have unity throughout my scrapbooks. I started the scrapbook using Spongebob and Patrick (Below Link). When I saw Back to Basics, many of the papers are a perfect fit and I cannot wait to continue combining the collections.

We Are 3 Papers
I love watercolor digital papers from We Are 3 - kind of my go-to papers for challenges. This card was inspired by the current sketch challenge at The Outlawz and Miss Daisy Stamps March Challenge - Sentiment Only - using a free sentiment from Miss Daisy - Friends in Your Heart

The Early Bird gets the Coffee
Thanks for join me for another fabulous release from We Are 3 here on my blog! Today's brand-new inspiration is the digital paper collection Bird's View and a collection of sentiments - Early Bird. With these collections, I made a coffee gift card holder.
