We Are 3 Layout Makes a Splash
Today I am sharing a project using We Are 3's Vintage Carnival digital paper collection. I'm using this collection for my grandson's scrapbook - so you will be seeing a lot of this over the next year. Here is a layout of my grandson at a water park (sorry, can't share photos).

Monochromatic at The Outlawz Challenges
Last week's Clean and Simple challenge at The Outlawz was monochromatic, and I couldn't resist playing along using scraps from We Are 3. I haven't abandoned in about a month, so decided to make a set of six to abandon next week at my hubby's doctor's office.

It's All About Christmas in July
Just a fun Christmas card I made using Fairy Mail, a July Release from We Are 3.
I love the collage look of We Are 3's Fairy Mail digital papers. I wanted to see if I could turn these papers into a Christmas card in non-traditional colors. We are all used to the red and turquoise Christmas Decorations - and pink and white. I was curious was I could do with brown - LOL! I had loads of fun with this card! The background paper is already a terrific collage pattern. On top of that, I stamped brown snowflakes - and added a brown snowflake embellishment. This card is quick and easy, actually - and I was having so much fun, I made three additional cards immediately.

My Monday Layout
Here's a scrapbook layout I made last night for my grandson - the last page of his current book. This is one layout that just came together for me. I always use a sketch of some kind - and mid-process, I get somewhat frustrated because it's either not enough or too much...and I never seem to know what to add or what to get rid of. For this layout, however, it just all came together. I always wish I could share photos of my wonderful grandkids - but can't do that. The photo here is of my grandson digging into a plate of food - all smiles. I try to always make the first and last pages of a book something special - therefore, the "Yummy Ending" title. I have to laugh - I pulled out the green scalloped circle from a box of scraps - not even realizing until today that the wording is perfect for a food page....sure wish, though, he was home eating carrots! LOL!

Get this Free Get Well Sentiment before it disappears! It's available until the end of July at We Are 3's Facebook Page - and a challenge to help you build your digital collection! Prize is a paper collection of your choice - $3 value.
I made this card today using the free image. The challenge is simple - make a card using the free image. I also used We Are 3 digital papers - Ladybug Lace and Peppermint.
My Featured Stamper CASE
Each Sunday I look forward to Featured Stamper at Splitcoast Stampers. Here's the card I made this week.
Here's the Featured Stamper card that inspired me. I chose We Are 3's Electronics digital paper collection as I wanted a subtle silver look - I love how it turned out.

SALSA - Mystery Item
A local group - SALSA - has several monthly swaps. One is using a "mystery item." This month's mystery item is a small ivory button with a ship image. My original plan was to use the button as a design on the front of a ship - but that didn't work out as I wanted, so instead used it as the center in a flower embellishment. But the rest of my card turned out as expected (that doesn't happen often!).
For the ship, I pattern colored it using different colors and patterns from the Fairy Mail digital paper by We Are 3 - love the wood look it has. The flower is also made from Fairy Mail. SALSA ladies also enjoy coordinating envelopes - so I printed the same image with some water on the envelope.

Hues to Use
I thought the colors used for Power Poppy's Hues to Use Color Challenge would make super cute cards. I had some fun with it, adding a bit of pearl-outlined flourish.
Supplies used include digital papers from We Are 3 - Watercolor Batik, Spring Letters, Distressed Burlap; digital image from Power Poppy - Black-Eyed Susan; and flourish from Miss Kate Cuttables - Wave Flourish.
The Outlawz Challenges
Good morning! Today's challenge at The Outlawz is Birthdays - sponsored by Sheepski Designs. Now most of you who know me know that coloring large stamps is not one of my favorite activities. But Strawberry Season from Sheepski is one of my favorites. My card is pretty simple because how could you put anything with this fabulous image - it stands on its own. I hated to even add the birthday sentiment - but the challenge is birthdays. So here is my most favorite Sheepski stamp.
The stamp is Strawberry Seasons, and it is all sweetness. I mean - look at those scrumptious strawberries - LOL! I did something a little different for me. I paper pieced digital paper behind the image - so you see a little Peppermint from We Are 3 popping through. Such a simple little thing and - voila! It's cute and ready to send out to put a smile on someone's face.
So why not come and play with us at The Outlawz. You know it's always handy to have birthday cards around.

A Beary Special Thank You
I love the butterfly overlay from the Dreamy Creamy Collection at We Are 3. For this card, I used some extra butterflies to add a little dimension. The background paper and frame papers come from the Butterfly Sky Collection.

July Release - We Are 3
The July Release means lots of new samples over at We Are 3. This month, the papers are all about beautiful, rich colors. I hope you check out the Facebook Page and check out the new papers, images, and sentiments. If you haven't used digital papers, you should really give it a try, as it's really nice when I want to make something, I only print the paper I need and don't have packs of paper in my stash. Here is today's example using Fairy Mail digital papers and Hope Sentiments.

A Nautical Birthday Card
This card was so quick and easy to make (provided you have mini safety pins available). You print and cut the bobbers - part of the July release from We Are 3 (Seaside Bobbers). The papers are Nautical from We Are 3. I used a fishing pole from Father's Day Fun for accents.
Please check out the wonderful papers and digital elements at We Are 3.

Quick and Easy Nautical Card
My turn at We Are 3 using the July release papers and elements - I wanted to make something quick and easy. This one is for those of us who are experiencing record-breaking temps and picked THIS SUMMER to not visit Michigan. Just a little reminder - It's Cooler by the Lake!

New Release - Balloon Magic
We Are 3 has a new release - Balloon Magic. One sheet is just so pretty by itself, it really doesn't need anything to make a quick and easy birthday card. However, I did have to add my "touch." So I added a lace border to the birthday sentiment - and added another birthday sentiment. The added sentiment comes from Birthday Tags from Lettering Delights.
