Project Background Check

This week Judge Kavanaugh's Background Check has been all the news. So Power Poppy's Creative Confetti Challenge this week is putting a spin on Backgrounds.  Here's my finished card.

On this card, I was inspired by the watercolor background technique used by Jessie Banks in her Bouquet of Thanks.  I used a freebie image from Jennifer Nilsson - Thankful Turkey.
