February "Jumpstart" Challenge at The Scraproom Blog

Today I have a layout I made using the February "Jumpstart" Challenge Sketch from The Scraproom Blog.  This sketch is so versatile and provides a good layout on which to add small embellishments - such as my little "train" embellies you see here.
