Chrstmas Wishes

Digital sentiments aren't just for cards and papercrafting!  Here's some Home Decor using a sentiment from We Are 3's Gift Labels collection.  The plaid circle is from Target's "dollar" aisle.  I added a couple floral picks and some burlap.  The glittered Christmas Wishes sentiment was cut on my electronic cutter and ironed on.

Color Challenge at The Outlawz

Here today with this week's Color Challenge at The Outlawz - this week's colors are monochrome blue.  So with Christmas nearing, I thought I would combine the two.

Today I created a simple Christmas card using We Are 3's Burlap Beach and Roses are Red.  I used Glitter Ritz on the snowflakes.

Wedding in June with Bagpipes

Gene and I got married 14 years ago - and I am nearly finished with our wedding album - FINALLY!  A beautiful day at Crossroads Village, a small historical attraction in Genesee County (Michigan).  After taking our guests on a train ride to see the outdoor ceremony, we had a bagpiper escort us through the village to the dinner reception.

 For this layout, I used papers from Burlap Beach (We Are 3).

This tag mixes and matches papers from We Are 3 - Pastel Gingham and Distressed Burlap - with intricate cutting and layering of borders, sentiments, and a flower (Stackable Flowers - We Are 3).

Tuesday Morning Sketches #430

Wow!  It's been weeks since I've had time to enter a challenge.  Challenge #430 at Tuesday Morning Sketches has a nice simple sketch, so here is my card.  I chose Distressed Burlap and Brick Fire Station for my card - both from We Are 3.  The border and matting is from the Spring Letters Collection - although you really can't see the pattern.  The original sketch is above.

Day of Joy

Hello!  I'm here today with a wedding layout.

I started my layout by adding a small title on my background - I used Big Ornament digital paper from Nothing But Freebies.  I added scrap elements from We Are 3 - Burlap Beach and Butterfly Sky.

Outer Space Collection

Hello, Everyone!  Today I'm sharing a card featuring We Are 3's Outer Space Collection.  I added a little Distressed Burlap - It worked well for my dirt!  Outer Space is a super sweet collection - so addictive and makes you crave making cards for children!

    

Layout from the Heart

Today I have a fun layout using digital papers from We Are 3 - Nature Blends and and Burlap Beach.  I'm really happy with this layout for my wedding album.  At our wedding, we surprised everyone with taking them on a train ride to the ceremony.  Since I was in hiding on the train, I couldn't watch everyone's faces as they learned they were taking this trip and boarding the train - so I treasure these pictures that show the excitement before the trip.  This was one of those layouts that the entire time I was making it, just not really sure where I was going - but when finished, it's now one of my favorite layouts.

                     

Ladybug Wishes

I made the following card using Table Scraps.  The papers are from the We Are 3's Pastel Burlap collection.  The ladybug is a template from Kelleigh Ratzlaff.

It's a Burlap Wedding

Today I made a wedding card for my cousin's wedding next week.  I used digital papers from Doodle Pantry (Holy Land Flowers) and Free Digital Scrapbooking (Go Green).  I decided to add a burlap flower, as her wedding invitations were made from burlap.
