Ga Ga for Glitter

I’m coming clean – I'm officially addicted to glitter!  My glitter addiction began several years ago when I attended an Elizabeth Craft Designs workshop on burnished velvet.  I am continuing to add to my glitter collection, as it is my goal to have every color of Glitter Ritz!  I've been known to add glitter to everything in sight - including my husband's work boots when for some reason they landed on my craft table.

While everyone at work complains about glitter piles on the floor when we stock - I was in 7th Heaven last week when I helped move the Christmas picks - full of glitter - including my own work boots!  Even slipping on glitter and landing on all fours (like an animal sliding across ice) didn't curb my enthusiasm.  Regardless - it's one of my favorite embellishments and I'm sticking with it!  Today my post features an example of burnished velvet in the glittered tea cup on my card.

BOO - Pause Dream Enjoy!

Hi all!  Today I'm joining the Pause Dream Enjoy Challenge.  The challenge is to use BOO on a project.  Take a good look...the BOO is on the side steps (right behind the ghost).

For today’s card, I was inspired by a side-step card I saw quite a while ago - I was intrigued by its simplicity...yet great dimension.  I thought it was so fun!
I used the Happy Hauntings Cricut cartridge for the ghost and Happy Halloween.  I don't remember where I got the BOO svg file from...and I created the side-step card using Sure Cuts a Lot.
Enjoy!

Two Lumps of Fun

I had two lumps of fun as I used Graphic 45's Hallowe'en in Wonderland and Happy Haunting paper lines to make bridal shower party favors.  Shelly, my future daughter-in-law, is having a Mad Hatter-themed bridal shower - so you know I had to put my two cents in with some cards for guests.  Here are just a sampling of the cards.
