Stained Glass at We Are 3

It's another exciting day for We Are 3 as we're introducing a brand new paper collection - Stained Glass. I used a faux tile effect here, along with a gorgeous sentiment by We Are 3.

New Spring Tag for Eclips Users Group

Here's the fourth Spring Tag I'm showcasing for the fabulous Eclips Users Group Spring Tag Challenge.  Had fun creating a shaker tag.  The sentiment is a digital from We Are 3, and I added clear sequins for the shake.  And for the tag?  Here's a Holiday Tag - alright, intended for Christmas - but the white flowers make me think of white lilies.

Butterfly Bear from 2 Cute Ink

Since Spring is only two weeks away, I chose the gorgeous Butterfly Bear for today's card.  I can't wait  for the flowers to bloom.  It's truly a wonderful time of year.  I pulled spring-colored papers from my stash and added an Easter sentiment - from my stash as well.

He's colored digitally - I've been practicing my shading using layers of Gaussian Blur.

Happy Easter

Well, you know I love me some watercolor images - and Creative Fabrica has some of the prettiest.

I made a card with digital paper and print-2-cut the flowers, white border, and sentiment.  It's flowers - so I chose a sentiment from We Are 3's Spring set.

I had so much fun making that card, I wondered about being able to do the same thing with a colored frame....this is what I came up with.

The Outlawz Paper Ala Mode Challenge

The new challenge is Spring/Easter, and we used Margaret's Irises available at We Are 3.  Kind of went simple with this.  I added the sentiment (Spring) to a border, filled with one of the Margaret's Irises patterns.  Added some flowers and leaves from my stash.

We Are 3 Rainy Days and Waddles

I was visiting the blog of one of our SALSA members, Rachel, a saw her first post which was a cute Small Party Favor...so darling (as all Rachel's work is). I actually had time to try it, so I had to make it. Cute little projects really call to me. The duck is We Are 3 - Waddles - and precolored! The papers are new - Rainy Days.
The sentiment is Fabulous - We Are 3, and I embellished with a bow from my stash. The scalloped circle behind Waddles is cut from Burlap Beach.

Think Tea Garden

Are you ready for spring?  You will be when you see these cards that are sure to conjure up wonderful memories of a relaxing day with a cup of tea in the garden.  I used scraps from DCWV's Garden Tea Party paper pack to make a hostess gift pack.  It was relaxing just playing with paper scraps to make these.

Suzy Bee Challenge - Clean & Simple - Using Scalloped Shamrock

Good Morning, All!

Last week I shared some of my Valentine's, and this week I am working on St. Patrick's Day.  I always seem to fall back to SVGCuts free Scalloped Shamrock - I love this simple file so much I wanted to show you guys!

Since this file is so simple to cut and put together, I am joining Suzy Bee in her first challenge of the year - Anything Goes with a Twist - the Twist being Clean and Simple.

Enjoy!

Mother's Day

Today’s card changed two or three times while I was making it last night. First it was vertical; then it was horizontal; then when I woke up this morning and I hated the card. Arggh!! So, I salvaged the card by changing just a couple things. :)

I used two of my favorite images from Graphic 45's Place in Time Collection.  I could seriously use these on everything!  I love those little flower fairies.

Also, I'm using a digital sentiment from Free Digital Scrapbooking.

Enjoy!
