Are you ready for a brand new challenge at The Outlawz? Here goes - this month's Progressive Freebie is Tulip Border from Sheepski Designs.

My colors and papers were inspired by Hues to Use at Power Poppy.  My papers come from the Roses are Red Collection from We Are 3.

I hope my card will inspire you to play along at both the Progressive Freebie and Hues to Use.  I sure am looking forward to seeing what you come up with!
