A Sweet and Simple Take on the Cherry on Top Challenge

I decided to jump into the latest Cherry on Top Cherry Lift Challenge!

The first step was finding the right materials. I managed to score some incredible patterned papers from my local craft group's freebie table—they were in the sweetest, most yummy colors imaginable. Sometimes, the best supplies find you!

Given how much was already going on with the bold paper patterns, I decided to keep the layout clean and simple (CAS). I didn't want to overwhelm the eye. The pattern colors provide all the "pop" this project needs, letting the fun patterns be the star of the show.

Sharing a fresh layout today inspired by the latest “Sketch with a Twist” challenge at A Cherry on Top. I decided to play with some of my favorite Creative Memories pieces for this one. I’m still a bit bummed that their digital packs are a thing of the past, but it’s been fun rediscovering what I already have in my digital library. I’m quite pleased with the outcome—what do you think?
