New Paper Collection at We Are 3

It's Saturday, and that means another Featured Stamper at Splitcoast Stampers.   I kept the card quite simple because of the striking paper I am using - but added a fun and fancy border to my sentiment. 

This digital paper collection is so much fun!  Moody Night is a collection of ink blending.  I love the Bokeh effect and the fabulous colors in these papers.  I actually get shivers when I look at them - they are so beautiful.
