I've really been having fun scrapbooking. That's why I took The Outlawz Wednesday Sketch Challenge and turned it into a layout. I was going for a clean and simple vibe.
I added some simple embellishments from Creative Memories Spring Medley and Hello Autumn sets (paper is from Hello Autumn, too). The title is computer generated.

Yes, this was an exciting day for my husband's grandmother as she turned 90 years old. This layout is in honor of the occasion - using papers from Spring Medley, Hello Autumn, and Berry Good.
As soon as I saw Hello Autumn, I wanted to use it for an album.

Last weekend was the Creative Memories Virtual Crop. I created this layout using the fabulous kit called Hello Autumn. The gorgeous embellishments are from the Spring Medley kit.
For this layout I used Spring Medley and some embellishments from Berry Good. The Creative Memories embellishments are amazing. The more I play with them, the more fun ways I find to use them.

I was excited to get back to some scrapbooking after taking a holiday break - and playing with Creative Memories papers with fab embellishments thrown in for good measure (although this layout doesn't use any of the embellishments - just finering through them gives me so much inspiration.)
I really had a ball with this layout. The photos are of Santa in our house using a Santa cam app.
For the papers, I used Spring Medley and Berry Good. I was inspired by a layout in an old PaperKuts magazine. The title is computer generated. Found some elements I swiped from old Christmas cards for the embellishments. Came out great (although my photos don't always do my layouts justice). This month's double-page challenge at Stick It Down. Ooh, how fun! I had lots of choices for a title, but finally decided on Miss Kate Cuttables' Fall Words. I love how Creative Memories' kits include so many coordinated embellishments - so easy to quickly style your layouts. The papers are from the Spring Medley and Berry Good kits. I added a border from My Scrap Chick and called it done.

I get the idea of a crop after spending the weekend participating in the Creative Memories Virtual Crop - I am getting so many of my photos scrapbooked! And I'm enjoyed using the Spring Medley pak - double duty! Everything I used on this page is from the Spring Medley pack.
This weekend I decided to participate in something a little different for me - a virtual crop at Creative Memories. They are sharing lots of sketch challenges (and prizes). I don't think Creative Memories papers need to be used, but I did decide to do my newest book using their Spring Medley, so by the end of the weekend, I will have lots of pages completed....maybe! i used the fabulous Spring Medley, along with a banner from Miss Kate Cuttables.
