Summer in the City

I have a fun Featured Stamper card to share with you today.  The image is the Tucson Landscape, an svg file from Vector Digital Shop.

Layering a Digital Image

It's a good day to be an Outlawz fan.  Today is Saturday and we have a new challenge for you at Paper Ala Mode.  For my sample, I used Happy Mother's Day to Ewe, which can be purchased from Sasayaki Glitter.
There are so many directions you can go when it comes to meeting our theme - Something New.  I used these little lambs to welcome "new" babies.

For this image, I wanted to keep baby colors, so I shaded the ewe in baby blue.  The stamp has the flowers in the background, so I first printed the entire digital stamp on my background chevron paper.  I printed two extra copies of the image, fussy cut and embossed the fluffy parts on one, just fussy cutting the second - with these layers, I was able to add the blue layer behind my image.  I finished the card off with some glittered ears and a sentiment.

Summer Butterflies

For this week's Featured Stamper card, I've chosen Summer Butterflies from We Are 3.
For this card, I created a coordinating chevron background to mimic the background stamp the Featured Stamper used. I added a butterfly and sentiment.
I'd love to see what you make using We Are 3 digital papers, so stop by our Facebook Page and share your projects using products from We Are 3.  I'll be looking for YOU on the timeline . . .

A Fun Layout for a Boy and his Grandpa

Hello, Scrappers!

I am back today with a vibrant fun layout.  Spongebob Squarepants really pops off this layout - making it the perfect layout for my grandson's scrapbook.  He, of course, is a big Spongebob fan.

Ball Pit

Give me smiles - especially grandson smiles....and lots of bright colors!  Unfortunately, I can't share my grandson's photo - but for this layout, he is all smiles as he's relaxing in the ball pit we gave him for his birthday.

Angel Kitty with Cheryl Seslar County Clip Art

Hello, All!

I've been working on pet-themed cards - after a while, they all begin to look the same.  Today I made a card featuring Angel Kitties by Cheryl Seslar.  I love how this one turned out. I made a pop-up heart frame, then accented it with clouds and stars in the same digitalfile.  It's a super simple card, but with a punch of color coordinated through the digital file.
The black chevron and striped cardstocks are from Craftsmith's Natural Luxury...the white embossed cardstock is Tim Holtz.
