Okay, seems lately I let it kind of get down to the wire for getting greeting cards out in a timely manner. It's been a while since I've created some more than quick and easy - so this one took me hours to pick papers and sentiments and figure out the dimensions - all with avoiding creating more embellishments that I may never use. This cutie is for Valentine's Day with adorable birds sent to me by a friend - Thanks, Mikah! I painted the birds white and I added some clear glitter (one of my favorite products) so that they sparkle.

Life is Better with Friends
The mat was cut with my Eclips. The corner flourish is Heartfelt Creations, I think. I pulled from my stash and only had black - it is a bit out of place, but I think helps the hummingbird stand out. The sentiment is from the Friendship set from We Are 3.

A Special Kind of Love
I decided to play with some stuff from my stash. The sentiment is available at ClickChicDesign. I changed the color of the sentiment in Gimp. The flowers are from Power Poppy Pure Prairie Bouquet. I used my Eclips to cut the sentiment and flowers.
By the way, Power Poppy is offering gorgeous FREE sunflowers for a limited time to support Ukraine. I didn't use them here because I had these flowers in my stash - but I hop0e to use the others soon.
The flowers are colored digitally using Gimp. I did have fun with the flowers and added leaves from my stash from Heartfelt Creations.

Spring's Coming!
You know I love me some Heartfelt Creations (even though they refuse to go digital). I used a lattice overlay from Monica's Creative Corner and Wild Asters.
The sentiment is from We Are 3's Itty Bitty set. I'm pretty pleased with the results.March 16, 2018
Bingo for Twisted Thursday at The Outlawz

Here is a card I made with some scraps for Twisted Thursday's Bingo at The Outlawz Challenges. The patterned papers are from Sunny Days - the flowers are die cut with paper from Dandelion Wishes - all from We Are 3. I chose the first vertical column - Yellow, Die Cut, and Flowers.

Special Release
Hello! I'm so excited to share my third card featuring Tea Time. I had so much fun making this pop-up card with a bird cage and bird.
Let's start at the bottom of the card and work our way up. All background papers are from the newest Release Tea Time (We Are 3). The focal point is from Bird Cage Silhouette from Raccoon Girl Design (Etsy). The flower is Delicate Asters (Heartfelt Creations) - with leaves from Romantic Garden - with a bird from Bird Cage Silhouette.
What an exciting surprise inside! Pops up a bird cage and bird using a pattern from Robert Sabuda. This is the perfect way to create a gorgeous card for a special someone!
Be sure to take a look at the New June Releases for We Are 3. You will see all the new papers and images for June. Also visit their Facebook Page to see how our Design Team members use new products.

Sizzix eClips Users July Challenge
I'm celebrating summer with a beachy treat box.
I've been thinking of a small project to make for a cousin for a Craft-it-Forward thingy for a month now - I was thinking some kind of treat box. Yet I couldn't get motivated by any of my ideas. Then I finally remembered she is all about the beach - so I used Miss Kate Cuttables Flip Flop Set, added sides to the flip flop, and created a small treat box I will fill with M & Ms.

Sweet and FREE Digi
Since I learned Print-2-Cut on my Sizzix eClip 2 - I just love using images in a new way without taking much more time. Here is a free digit from Angie's Cards and Digis - paired up with some scraps leftover and a birthday sentiment I won from Heartfelt Creations. The grapes are free clip art from Apple Clip Art.

Fun and Fast Cardmaking
For this card, I'm using a fairly large image (Blomsterflicka from Carinas Freebies) as the anchor - embellished with a posy from Heartfelt Creations. I used Photoshop with red, black, and white to tie the image together with the cardstock used from Bo Bunny.
This card is being entered into the challenge at CCC Digi Creations - Anything Goes.

Pet Wishes
Hi, All!
I have cards that I did Thursday for the Tucson Pet Adoption Event on April 11. I adore the images (cat from Kadoodle Bug and dog from 2 Cute Ink). They are both so adorable! These are obviously pretty fast and easy to make - important as I have such a large quantity. Enjoy!

Beautiful Inspiration
Hi, Everyone!
Today I am sharing cards made with some of the first stickers I purchased when I first started cardmaking back in 2005. I bought these for my wedding album - Ha, ha. It is sitting at the bottom of a closet about 1/4 finished. I have finally admitted to myself it will NEVER be finished - and to use the stickers for something else - you should be seeing lots of purple and green in the near future....I bought A LOT of embellishments for the album. :D

Something Old - Something New
Hi, Everyone!
Welcome to my Old & New post! I am showcasing four cards using paper from Heartfelt Creations Delicate Asters Collection and my favorite new set of stamps from Heartfelt Creations - Journey of Love Keys. These are entries in Happy Ladybugs March Challenge of using something you own that is old (the paper is well over two years old) and something new (I received the stamps as a retirement gift from fellow employees).

Valentine
It's just a habit of mine to save time by mass producing cards - with a twist. This time my Valentine card is made with scraps from a variety of paper collections - Christmas, Graphic 45 Place in Time, and Heartfelt Creations Delicate Asters.
Because I used the heart shape on my Christmas cards, I was on a roll in changing the message and getting these cut quickly. Now I'm finally able to take advantage of eClips' Print-2-Cut function - thanks to Santa Hubby. So I'm saving lots of time by keeping the cards basically the same - just changing up the paper and design.
So... here's another card.

Scrap Valentine Card
Good Morning, All!
For my Valentine cards, I want to use SCRAPS! I have a TON of scraps, and this is just one card I made for Valentine's Day.
I love creating cards using my scraps (in this case, elements from Heartfelt Creations paper packs), because it's an easy way to clean my craft area. And when you have lots of sheets of patterned paper from various collections, it's fun to combine all those papers in a creative way.

I also played with my eClips Print-2-Cut feature finally - for the heart. Not exactly how I wanted it to print....and still need a bit of practice aligning the laser to the registration marks - but will definitely save time when I have some mass production to do....not to mention a much nicer fussy cut. :D
More than likely, posts for the next month will be Valentine's Day cards made from my scrap piles . . . Enjoy!

Happy Holiday Card
Don't you just love the happy colors of spring -- all the blooming flowers and beautiful butterflies. I do, too - so I've decided to begin my Christmas cards using non-traditional colors - most of the papers coming from DCWV's Garden Party paper pack.
Now through probably New Year's Eve, I will be putting together Christmas stocking cards (inspired by Sara Miller from Heartfelt Creations). I plan to begin with these amazing spring colors - But I have lots of paper in my stash, so I will be making lots of stockings with all kinds of colors to suit anyone's taste. I have simplified the card somewhat - as I have 200+ cards ahead of me!
A few days later . . . here are a few more cards. Now I am on a mission to use up scraps - whether Christmas themed or not. I'm loving my cards and all the different combinations.

Cut-Out Card
Hi, Everyone!
It's Sketch Saturday Challenge! Time for inspiration by Sketch Saturday's latest challenge #327. I am pleased to combin two inspirations I had this morning - of course, the Sketch Challenge - but was also so inspired by a beautiful card I found on Facebook this morning with a cut-out front design. I can't remember who made the card - sure with to give credit. When I see it again, I will. But here is a link to her original picture.
So my card - turned upside down from the original sketch - is featuring a cut-out front - sure to delight with a twist on most cards. To make this card, I used Valentine Borders from Miss Kate Cuttables and cut the card on my eClips.
Enjoy - and we'll see you back here for next week's Sketch Challenge - if not sooner!
