A Freebie Progressive Challenge (Gingerbread Treat)

It's July!!!! That means it's time for another Progressive Freebie at The Outlawz where we color a freebie image for all our fans to view. The current challenge is using Gingerbread Treat from Twinkle Lane Designs. I decided to pull out all the colors for my card this month. 

The Freebie Progressive Challenge provides an excellent opportunity for practicing your coloring skills.  I'm pretty pleased with how mine came out.  The added JOY embellishment is an embellishment I was gifted years ago - finally found a good place for it.

Freebie Progressive Challenge - Daisy

I was a little stumped with what do with this image after coloring her - although I knew I had to add a train! LOL! I had an AHA moment while talking with Bonnie about the new release - Christmas Fun. Who wouldn't love to live in a house with Gingerbread wallpaper?!?!?!?! Yummy! I decided to use Christmas Fun papers - including the festive wallpaper - and Vintage Carnival for the lovely red "carpeting." The Progressive Freebie is Daisy from LeAnn's World 101. Sweet Snow Globe

Hi Everyone,

Isn't this such a wonderful time of year! In some parts of the country, the crisp fall air is combined with beautiful soft snow.  Yet I am able to still enjoy temps in the 80s!  But that doesn't stop me from the inspiration of snow-themed ideas - and what says snow better than a snow globe!  This snow globe houses some special 2 Cute Ink characters - The Gingerbread Boy and Gingerbread Girl - dancing around the Sparkle Tree.
