Lemonade Cat

Hello, Everyone!  I'm here today with a fun card featuring Dr. Digi's Lemonade Cat.  The current challenge at Paper Ala Mode at The Outlawz is "Close it Up."  Probably the most confusing challenge I've had to design for.  So finally I decide to use the magnifying glass to put the focus on a close-up of Lemonade Cat - I do believe, however, that cat has something stronger than lemonade in his glass!

Glitter and Wood

Hello, Everyone!  I'm back today with my first Glitter-Vinyl project.  I love looking at all the vinyl projects online - so many possibilities - only limited by my imagination.  That's where I run into problems.  LOL!

Today I created a sign for my neighbor, a Harry Potter fan.  I opted for glitter vinyl rather than painting - perhaps a mistake.  However, I did get my toes wet in HTV, for a first project I'm pleased.

Happy Birthday Gray Catsby

Hello, Everyone!  I here to share scrapbook pages featuring Art Deco Digital papers.  These papers were really so much fun - perfect for this Roaring 20's scrapbook.  But I see some gorgeous Christmas cards made with the scraps.  These papers were perfect for this album of A Murder Mystery dinner party I attended - their decorations were all black and gold, so carrying out this theme with these papers.

Pumpkin Ghost

This month's Tag theme for SALSA, a local scrapbooker's group, is Frost on the Pumpkin.  I thought the file Pumpkin Ghost from Kadoodle Bug would be so cute for this.  I added some clear glitter on top of the pumpkins for frost.  I found the funky eyes in a bargain bin.  For the background, I used Happy Christmas digital papers from We Are 3.

Vintage Santa - SALSA Mystery Item

Hi!  I'm here today with a card for our local SALSA Mystery Item Swap.  It was so much fun - amazing Pinterest-inspired fun for Christmas.

For the background, I used Gold Sequins digital paper from the Happy Christmas Collection from We Are 3.

Hello, Everyone!  I'm here today with a simple sweet autumn card starring Mermaid Love digital papers and Autumn Sentiments - all from We Are 3.  I added modified Autumn Leaves from My Grafico - I think they all contribute to a perfect autumn ambience.

Hello, Everyone!  I'm here with a card starring Graduation Owl (Kadoodle Bug) and Brick Fire Station (We Are 3).  I am really in love with the colors of this paper collection.

Vintage Christmas Teacups

Hello! I'm here with a card featuring one of my favorite digital images from We Are 3's new release Christmas Vintage Teacups.  I do have a thing for vintage images.  Beautiful teacups like these remind me of my mother, who collected teacups with inside images . . . that is until I knocked down all the shelves of her china cabinet when I was 15.

I started my card with a matting from Toasty Warm Neutral.  It has such a warm feel - and all the neutral colors are amazing.  To coordinate papers, I used Vintage Christmas digital papers for my background.  I printed my sentiment on Toasty Warm Neutral and used Print 2 Cut for my teacups.  I used Lattice 9 (Monica's Creative Room) for a lacy background behind my teacups - Lattice 9 perfectly compliments my desired vintage feel.

White-on-White Challenge

Hello, Everyone!  I'm showcasing a card I made for the Monday Greetings Challenge at The Outlawz last week . . .  featuring White on White.

I used a Houndstooth embossing folder to create the background layers, and a sentiment from my stash used in Christmas pasts.

Day of Joy

Hello!  I'm here today with a wedding layout.

I started my layout by adding a small title on my background - I used Big Ornament digital paper from Nothing But Freebies.  I added scrap elements from We Are 3 - Burlap Beach and Butterfly Sky.

Three Sweet Blossoms

Hello, Everyone!  I'm here with a flowery card featuring Blue Blossom Oval Sheet.

I started my card with a white base and matted the blue flourish digital paper included with the kit.  I added the Get Well sentiment to the oval - the current theme at Paper Ala Mode Challenge at The Outlawz is Get Well.  I used Print 2 Cut to make  flowers, arranging them on the scalloped oval matted with a doily svg.  I adhered them to the top of layered embossed die-cut backgrounds with foam tape to add dimension.

Vintage Carnival Digital Papers

For this layout, I used Vintage Carnival digital papers from We Are 3.  I love how colorful these papers are.

For embellishments, I used circles and Independence Borders from Miss Kate Cuttables.  This layout will make anyone's day brighter!  Last, but not least, I added a title cut from Vintage Carnival papers.

We Are 3 Little Star

Hello, Everyone!  Are you following We Are 3 for inspiration and eye candy?  Here's just one of my many projects using digital papers from We Are 3 - Little Star.

I matted the big birthday pic with Lattice 8 from Monica's Creative Room.  I used Print 2 Cut for the title and sun and cloud - my favorite scrapping tool.  I adore the Happy Sun and Cloud from Miss Kate Cuttables so much!  I must say - I'm pretty happy with this layout!

Magic, Love, and Butterflies

Hello, Everyone!  Today I'm sharing another card designed for We Are 3.  It's been amazing to design for We Are 3 . . . new papers to try just about every day.  Look how adorable this new release is!

I created the background using two different patterns from Magical Butterflies - the colors are so gorgeous.  I took two other patterns to layer on top - with a sentiment from Heartfelt Sentiments taking center stage.  I just can't get enough of those flower patterns - they are mesmerizing, don't you think?

                   

Halloween Eyes on You

Hello, Everyone!  Here today with a card using Halloween digital papers from We Are 3.  Don't you think this set is just the sweetest?  Absolutely perfect for Halloween lovers.

I used an image from Nikki Burnette and colored her using Adobe Phooshop. I glue the image down to the base - then popped up the photo page for some dimension.  I add some glitter to the photo frame and pumpkin.  The glitter doesn't do much for my card in the photo - but in person, I love it!

Outer Space Collection

Hello, Everyone!  Today I'm sharing a card featuring We Are 3's Outer Space Collection.  I added a little Distressed Burlap - It worked well for my dirt!  Outer Space is a super sweet collection - so addictive and makes you crave making cards for children!
