Spent Sunday with a great group of creative colleagues. Our Stampin' Up Host, Paulette Patterson, picked a random winner for a door prize - and my great luck continues! I received a beautiful Lacy Brocade Embossing Folder. The image on the package is elegant...but does nothing for the actual embossed image. Here is the first card I made using the Lacy Brocade as the background - embellished with a post card image from A Place in Time by Graphic 45, and a daisy from Heartfelt Creations. Thanks, Paulette...many grand cards will sport this Lacy image!

The Mad Hatter's Tea Party Blog Hop - Two Lumps of Fun - Reposted
Welcome to The Mad Hatter's Tea Party. If you happen to fall in the rabbit's hole, you have landed in the wacky wonderful world of Alice. The March Hare is scurrying and hoping you won't be late in attending and wishing our hostess a Happy Birthday!!! She does love celebrating her birthday, and what better way than to have a tea party with all of her favorite friends in this Wonderland!!!!
There are some wonderful sponsors today to help us celebrate:
Rick St. Dennis has some fabulous digi's, and he is offering three of these to one lucky winner. You can find him at http://rickstdennis.blogspot.nl/. He asks that you become a follower.
The Stamping Chef at http://thestampingchef.oo.gd/index.php?route=common/home is offering 3 digis to help you cook up something special to one lucky winner
Before we move on, let's everyone wish our hostess a very Happy Birthday! Have a great day, Lynne - glad we could join in your celebration!
Here's my project, which I hope you enjoy. I had two lumps of fun as I used Graphic 45's Hallowe'en in Wonderland and Happy Haunting paper lines to make bridal shower party favors. Shelly, my new daughter-in-law, had a Mad Hatter-themed bridal shower - so you know I had to put my two cents in with some cards for guests. Here are just a sampling of the cards.

Happy Stickles!
Hi Everyone,
I hope each one of you is enjoying the weather wherever you are. We had a few great days - the kind for which I moved here. But today is cold, dreary, and wet. Therefore, I thought I'd brighten the day with a bright celebration of Stickles!

Next week, Stickles is celebrating the beginning of their blog. They are having an awesome giveaway to celebrate! Thought I'd share in the excitement by giving them a shout-out on my blog...and sharing one of the cards for my February 14 class - Pocketful of Sunshine. Hope to see you there, if you're from this area. And be sure to visit All That Stickles blog to join in the Stickles celebration!
Have a great weekend.
