Layout for Creative Memories Virtual Crop

It's a great day to join in the Creative Memories Virtual Crop with their first sketch using papers from Outer Space by We Are 3.

Happy Zoo Day!

I love taking card sketches and turning them into scrapbook layouts, and this week's sketch at The Outlawz was perfect for that.  I couldn't resist using the adorable Zoo-Day Title by Cuddly Cute Designs.  I kept the page pretty clean and simple - I haven't had much luck finding zoo animal embellishments that I really like....but just realized I haven't gone to Creative Fabrica yet.  Still a cute layout, if I do say so myself (though my colors in the photo are way off!)

Reach for the Stars at Paper Ala Mode

I'm in love with the Rocket Ship from We Are 3. Our fun-fold swap at SALSA next month is the Star Easel Card - perfect for the Reach for the Stars Paper Ala Mode Challenge. Wow, this was much hard than it looks! I used several patterns from the Outer Space collection for my card base. I digitally colored the fun Rocket Ship, and added a sentiment from the Fabulous set.

Be sure to stop by Paper Ala Mode to see all the fabulous designs the team has shared.

Outer Space Cards

This is my second attempt at coloring this butterfly. The sentiments are from We Are 3's Fabulous collection. The papers are from the Outer Space collection.
