Be sure to check out all the new goodies in the We Are 3 Etsy shop. There's another gorgeous new collection - Floral Watercolor. I also dressed up the inside a bit for a local challenge - Decorate Inside and Out.

Decorate Inside and Out Challenge
As soon as I saw the Floral Doily, I couldn't wait to play. It is a beautiful collection! I added a sentiment from the Hope set. The card was made using Watercolor Strokes.

Mystery-Item Challenge
I so enjoy the challenge of Mystery-Item Swaps for our local SALSA group. This month's include three pieces of assorted colored foam scraps. I used a Heartfelt Creations die to make flowers out of the foam scraps. I used paper from Little Scraps of Heaven's Octopus with Daisy - I recolored two of the papers to match the foam flowers. I found the Aloha from Miss Kate Cuttables' Aloha Word Set...I also recolored that image.

SALSA Citrus Card
This week at Power Poppy, the Creative Confetti challenge is Background Check. I just admire a beautiful background - but seldom think to use them. Now I know why....not my strongest talent! LOL! For my card, I used Power Poppy's Graceful Still Life - with a touch of lemon. I wanted to combine the Creative Confetti challenge with a local SALSA swap - the SALSA them is Citrus. So I added a couple lemons to the Graceful Still Life. I'm not real happy with my background - came out a bit darker than I planned....and my choice of violets began to get muddy. I added my shadow - didn't really want to include a shelf or table for the books to be sitting on - but looking back, probably really needed it.
I wanted to make the hat look like my hubby's favorite hat (can you say Elmer Fudd?) I am proud of that hat - I nailed it!!!! That hat is just so dirty - I'm not even sure what the original color was! LOL! I added a little embossing to the card - actually pulls my eye down to my favorite part of the image - that hat!
So now it's time to hop on over to the Creative Confetti Challenge to see wonderful inspiration from Julie - and to enter a creation of your own. There are soooo many beautiful images at Power Poppy. The prize challenge is a $25 shopping spree - can't get any better than that!

Live Laugh Love
Oh, I just love that the SALSA swap has changed to gift bags! For some reason, I just can't get enough of them! I created this bag for this month's theme of using plaid or checked paper. This was loads of fun to make.

Hot Pepper Wishes!
Today I have a "hot" card I made using a "mystery item" for our local SALSA group. The mystery item was the patterned paper used in the left panel, complete with red and green peppers. I found some complementing red and green papers from We Are 3's Holiday Letters collection. I cut out some peppers from the mystery item to embellish. Don't you just love the red-glittered peppers?

Dress Dummy
I belong to a local scrapbooking group that holds a number of swaps with monthly themes. This month's theme for tags is "Little Black Dress."
This tag uses the image Dress Dummy by Sarfraz Shoukat. This isn't a great picture....the dress and hat are actually black glitter. The background is Silver Foil digital paper, matting the tag with black.

Pipe Cleaner Christmas
Hello, Everyone! Here today with a card highlighting a Mystery Item for a local swap - a pipecleaner. My Christmas tree pretty much came out just as I envisioned.
I paired my Christmas tree with digital paper called Holly Berries.
