Vacation Season is just around the corner, so today I'm sharing cards I plan to abandon as we travel.  I will abandon these in a four-pack.

Joyful Butterfly

Here today with a new card for We Are 3. I started by picking some of the yummy papers from the Exotic Seaside Collection - so many choices to pick from.  You can see the collection here.  Finished it up with a sentiment from the Mermaid Love Collection and a butterfly from the Dreamy Creamy Collection.

I'm here today with a really easy card to make using We Are 3 papers that are stunning.  I used papers from two coordinating collections - Mermaid Love and Exotic Seaside.  Check out these awesome digital papers - they are now available at We Are 3.

Have the Best Birthday

Many years ago I purchased some embossing frames - and they are still in the package somewhere in my stash.  Today I found a sample a vendor gave me, and I added some rub-on flowers - now excited to find those frames and made some more clean and simple cards!  I really love the look and the contrast between the beautiful flowers and the embossed background.

Wednesday Sketch Challenge at the Outlawz is Here!

I had fun with a Wednesday Sketch Challenge at the Outlawz making this card.  I created the background paper myself using Gimp and just playing with some of its filters.  Checkout the Outlawz - their daily challenges provide plenty of inspiration.

I have loved sending out Christmas cards to family and friends over the years.  I come from a large family - and my husband comes from an enormous family (his grandmother had 18 kids!).  So my Christmas-card list is well over 100 cards each year - not to mention those I make to sell (or for others to send).  So thanks to challenges like The Outlawz Festive Friday, I'm able to get a little head start on the Christmas festivities.

We Are 3 Table Scraps

Hello!  I'm back with another frilly cad made from Table Scraps from We Are 3 projects.  The blue bottom layer and bottom half are from Tea Time.  Top layer is from Kerst Christmas.  Add doily, ribbon, sentiment, poinsettias, and music notes for a lovely Christmas card. (Oops!  Just noticed my hearts in the background are upside down!)

Ladybug Lace and My Baby Shower for Paper Ala Mode

At Paper Ala Mode I am sharing my design using My Baby Shower from this week's sponsor, All Dressed Up.  Papers come from the digital collection Ladybug Lace from We Are 3.  The sentiment is Babies Love from Elegant Word Art. The challenge is a single-layer card - so my card was created entirely using Gimp.

Watercolor Batik Design for We Are 3

Are you feeling inspired?  Perhaps a big of watercolor is in order for your crafting.  Today I am sharing a card made with Watercolor Batik (We Are 3).  The watering can image is from Color Me - Garden.  The extra flowers are from Ladybug Garden.

                                     

We Are 3 Nature Blends Layout

The We Are 3 Digital Shop is chock full of delightful digital papers!

To create my layout, I chose Nature Blends papers (We Are 3) and Watercolor Flowers (Design Bundles).  I also added a few stickers I had been given.  I did have a fun little glitch in my work - when I printed the butterfly paper, seems my printer had run out of black ink - so the black butterflies from the paper are white.  Still looks great!

Table Scraps on a Mission

And I'm back with another card as part of my mission to use up Table Scraps.  I'd like to believe this leads up to a lighter craft pile - yet I've been on this mission for years and the pile never seems to get smaller.  I'll be here the rest of my life - sharing ideas for using its bitsy Table Scraps such as the tiny poinsettias I cut out years ago for a project - and never used.  Today my papers come from We Are 3.  The image is Snowy Dancing Penguin by Conie Fong.

             

Digital Card

Happy Tuesday!  Today I'm here with a digital card for the Digitally Made Challenge #2.  I started with some bright digital papers from Free Digital Scrapbooking.  Then I added balloons from Heart Balloons.  Next I used GIMP to color the bird from Everyday Birdies.  To finish off my card, I added a quote with a black border.

Christmas Countdown: Kerst Chrismas

Today I used Kerst Christmas - I think it's one of my favorite paper collections ever.  Of course, it's from We Are 3.

I'm using Table Scraps.  I added a Christmas sentiment leftover from another project, then added a doily from my stash.  Pearls were added to finish it off because it needed some bling.  The design was inspired by the Featured Stamper at Splitcoast Stampers.

June We Are 3 Release: Watercolor Leaves and All-Occasion Sentiments

I'm so excited for this month's We Are 3 release - it's another awesome one!  My card uses Watercolor Leaves and All-Occasion Digital Sentiments.  

Watercolor Leaves comes with many different papers to choose from.  I decided to accent the card with a birthday sentiment from Special Occasions and some flowers from A Day for Daisies.
