Happy Birthday Gray Catsby

Hello, Everyone!  I here to share scrapbook pages featuring Art Deco Digital papers.  These papers were really so much fun - perfect for this Roaring 20's scrapbook.  But I see some gorgeous Christmas cards made with the scraps.  These papers were perfect for this album of A Murder Mystery dinner party I attended - their decorations were all black and gold, so carrying out this theme with these papers.

White-on-White Challenge

Hello, Everyone!  I'm showcasing a card I made for the Monday Greetings Challenge at The Outlawz last week . . .  featuring White on White.
I used a Houndstooth embossing folder to create the background layers, and a sentiment from my stash used in Christmas pasts.

A Simple Layout

I got to play with my wedding album today.  I created this simple layout of our Best Man and Maid of Honor (my stepkids).  This page was obviously very easy to create - sometimes we forget that less is more.

Entering my layout for Challenge #45 - Anything Goes at Not Just Cards Challenges.

Get a Jumpstart on Winter

Happy December, Scrappers!  I have a new goodie for you today!  A fellow scrapper from a local group was cleaning house and gave me three shaped mini albums - I made a little birthday gift for my daughter-in-law that was Oh, so fun!

Scrap It with a Song - Relax, Take it Easy!

I have some relaxing cards for you today for the challenge at Scrap It with a Song.  The song is "Relax, Take It Easy" by Mika.

While after re-retiring in November, Relax is my Mode of Operation - I do have many papercrafting responsibilities.  I'm currently working on some Southwest-themed card gift cards.  So I thought this song fit my project fabulously: there is no better place to relax than the Southwest and these cards are clean and simple - all made with scraps.

Beautiful Inspiration

Hi, Everyone!

Today I am sharing cards made with some of the first stickers I purchased when I first started cardmaking back in 2005.  I bought these for my wedding album - Ha, ha.  It is sitting at the bottom of a closet about 1/4 finished.  I have finally admitted to myself it will NEVER be finished - and to use the stickers for something else - you should be seeing lots of purple and green in the near future....I bought A LOT  of embellishments for the album.  :D

This week's Challenge is Anything Goes.  Check out all the designs on their blog!  Below are my entries - looking to get rid of lots of baby blue paper that I've bought years ago - and complete an order for baby cards - this weekend's project.  :D

Whales

Good Morning, My Creative Friends!

Welcome to another page of Damien's scrapbook.  For those of you who are new to my blog, I've been feverishly working on a scrapbook for my new grandson due to join us in September.  I've tried to keep my pages super simple so that I have time to complete the book for Damien's baby shower.

I've been using critters - mostly from Miss Kate Cuttables.  I LOVE these cute little whales - they are ADORABLE!
