Greetings from Copper Leaf Creations

Hello, Everyone!

Welcome to Spring!  Flowers, sunshine, and fun!  Spring brings lots of activity in gardens - not only a great time to plant flowers in the ground, but planting creative ideas in our minds as well!  Today's post has an idea from Copper Leaf Creations!  Deb from Copper Leaf came to AZ Scrapbooking today to share her ideas with us - featuring her stamps.  Don't forget to check out their website showcasing lots of southwest stamps for those of us in warmer temps.

And last, but not least...join Suzy Bee's Bloomin' Challenge Blog - this week's ATG's twist is spots - spots were the perfect way to accent this flower pot.  Be sure to check out the challenge - they have so much to show to inspire your creative spirit!

Spiritual Collection

Hi, All!

Today I have more cards using stickers I bought for my wedding album ten years ago.  :D  For these cards, I wanted to get them done quickly - so simple matting and journal cards from Heartfelt Creations helped.  Such cute journal cards - but I do have a hard time including them in my work.

Beautiful Inspiration

Hi, Everyone!

Today I am sharing cards made with some of the first stickers I purchased when I first started cardmaking back in 2005.  I bought these for my wedding album - Ha, ha.  It is sitting at the bottom of a closet about 1/4 finished.  I have finally admitted to myself it will NEVER be finished - and to use the stickers for something else - you should be seeing lots of purple and green in the near future....I bought A LOT  of embellishments for the album.  :D

Something Old - Something New

Hi, Everyone!

Welcome to my Old & New post!  I am showcasing four cards using paper from Heartfelt Creations Delicate Asters Collection and my favorite new set of stamps from Heartfelt Creations - Journey of Love Keys.  These are entries in Happy Ladybugs March Challenge of using something you own that is old (the paper is well over two years old) and something new (I received the stamps as a retirement gift from fellow employees).

"Shaped" Cards

Fun-shaped cards to play along with Suzy Bee's Bloomin' Challenge.

Think Tea Garden

Are you ready for spring?  You will be when you see these cards that are sure to conjure up wonderful memories of a relaxing day with a cup of tea in the garden.  I used scraps from DCWV's Garden Tea Party paper pack to make a hostess gift pack.  It was relaxing just playing with paper scraps to make these.

I Believe It's Raining

For these cards, I started with a Rainy Day Bear from Bugaboo.  I was also playing with patterns in Photoshop -used the bird design for the bear's umbrella and raincoat.  While it didn't turn out how I envisioned, I thought the muted image ended up being perfect!

The paper I used is DCWV's Garden Tea Party.

Enjoy!

Butterfly Doodle

Hi, Everyone!

Today I am pleased to share with you 2 Cute Ink's digi Butterfly Doodle.  The digital stamp is free through March 8.

This butterfly is adorned with a floral doodle design.  I love the color combination of black, white, red, and yellow - so this colored butterfly brings a smile to my face.  I also printed the image on some of the paper for coordinated accenting.  Butterfly Doodle - combined with the coloring medium of your choice - creates an image that will be treasured by the recipient.  Sign up for 2 Cute Ink's newsletter to get the free digi - you don't want to miss it.  :D
